3. Products and Services
Partisia provides decentralized identity products (VisitorPass, AgeVerify) and the Partisia Platform, available as SaaS or self-deployed solutions. Product-specific terms are provided in individual service agreements.
4. Demo Requests and Free Pilots
Demo requests submitted through the Site are non-binding expressions of interest. Free 30-day pilots are subject to a separate pilot agreement provided upon activation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and software — is the property of Partisia ApS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Partisia name, logo, VisitorPass, and AgeVerify are trademarks of Partisia ApS.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Danish law.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Partisia's liability for damages arising from use of the Site is limited to the extent permitted by Danish law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
